Manufacturer warrants that all of its products and their components shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months after the date of purchase. If any product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the first 12 months after purchase and if the product or component has been properly installed and maintained by the purchaser, manufacturer will, at its option, replace or repair the product or component without charge.
This warranty does not apply to modified products or components or to those damaged by accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse. C.O.M. vinyls and fabrics carry no warranty from manufacturer. Strict adherence to care, maintenance and repair schedule as outlined by manufacturer are required to maintain warranty status. The extent of manufacturer's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. In no event shall manufacturer be liable for injury, loss or damage, whether direct, consequential or incidental, to persons or property arising out of the purchaser's use, or any of any inability to use said products. Manufacturer does not assume labor charges for unauthorized repair.
