Manufacturer warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and service for one year from date of purchase shown on our commercial invoice. Warranty on upholstery materials is governed solely by the guarantee or warranty of the producing mill. Warranty on wood table tops may be affected by moisture conditions and usage. Solid wood table tops must be stored and used in environments with relative humidity in the range of 35% to 50%. Customer assumes responsibility for normal wear and tear. This agreement excludes all products or component parts, that in the opinion of manufacturer, have been subject to neglect, misuse, alteration, accidental or improper installation.
The following products have extended warranties:

• Metal Chair, Stool, and Chair Frames: 5 years
• Metal Frames: 5 years
• Contour Seats: 5 years
• Metal Mesh: 7 year PVC topcoat against chipping, peeling, cracking
• All Other Products: 1 year

LIMITATIONS- This warranty does not cover: problems caused by improper storage, handling, installation, use, cleaning, exposure to liquids or chemicals, modification or maintenance; normal wear of all surfaces and finishes; mechanical damage to all surfaces and finishes. Warranty on upholstery materials is governed solely by the guarantee or warranty of the producer mill.
